Betway is a brand managed by a Maltese company Betway Limited (C39710). It has a registered address at 9 Empire Stadium Street, Gzira, GZR 1300, Malta.
You are creating an account with Betway Limited when You register. These Terms are held with Betway Limited.
You are fully aware that there is a risk of losing money when gambling by accepting these Terms and You are responsible for any such loss. You agree that Your use of Our Services is at Your sole discretion, option, and risk. You shall have no claims whatsoever against Betway or any partner, or respective directors, officers, or employees in relation to Your losses.
In a segregated Customers’ Funds bank account, all Customer Funds are held by Betway which is exempt from execution as well as separate from the company funds and free of claims of third parties.
Note: Betway is a company based in Malta. We protect any money you deposit in your account, and keep it separate from the money we use to run our business.
Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) licenses Betway to provide gambling services and products to You.
To use Our Services, you must be above the legal age for gambling in the jurisdiction in which you reside, at least 18 years of age. Underage gambling is a criminal offense.
Our responsibility is to prevent underage gambling and to prevent crime, and we are required to verify all of Our customers’ identities to comply with the requirements of Our licenses.
You are required to enter Your personal details, such as name, address, and date of birth at registration.
Based on the information You submit during the registration process, You will be required to provide valid identification documents proving Your identity, address, and age. Acceptable identification documents are not limited to but include:
1. A passport or driver’s license, or a copy of a valid photographic identification document; and
2. Copy of a recent utility bill with the confirmation of residence, such as a telephone bill, electricity bill, etc. (important: the utility bill must not exceed 3 months); and
3. Copy of a recent debit card/credit card/bank account statement (note: the account statement must not be older than 3 months and must relate to a financial method used).
You must provide additional information until We are able to successfully verify Your identity if Your details cannot be verified based on the documents provided. We will terminate Your account if We cannot complete verification.
We may, from time to time, reperform Our verification checks to ensure the information we hold on you is always up to date.
Note: We’re committed to providing a safe place for adults to gamble. In most cases, this can be done automatically, but sometimes we might have to ask you for more info. To do this we verify the identity of our customers.
Employees of Betway, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, retailers, and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible to participate in betting or games.
You can only register and possess a single account. We reserve the right to suspend additional accounts until all the account details and balances (belonging to You) are consolidated if You hold more than one account. All other accounts will be terminated leaving a single account, once completed.
You have to keep Your personal details up to date all the time. Please contact Customer Service in order to update Your account information if You change Your address, e-mail, phone number, a form of payment, or any other contact or personal information
Adding or updating additional payment details to withdraw the money can only be done by contacting Customer Service.
The account registration process requires You to choose a password. We encourage all customers to set strong passwords, such as using a mixture of upper case letters and lower case, special characters, and numbers. Keeping Your password secret is your responsibility. Betway will never ask You to reveal Your password, and You must not share Your password with anyone. If Your user name and password have been entered correctly, any actions carried out through Your account will stand
The account/cardholder’s name must be the same as the name You used when registering a Betway account if You use a credit/debit card and/or a financial/bank account for transactions at Betway,
We reserve the right to suspend Your account should the name You registered on the Betway account and the name that appears on Your credit/debit card and/or financial/bank account differ in any way. We recommend You contact Customer Service for details regarding Our verification process should Your account be suspended.
Note: Betway accounts are for personal use, so we require that your account and form of payment be in your real name and only used by you.
After the last account login, Betway will consider an account to be inactive after a period of 12 months.
Until such a time as the account is no longer in credit, or has become active once again, an administration fee of 5.00 Euros will be deducted from an inactive account on a monthly basis. After the last account login was recorded, the first fee will be charged at the end of the 12th month. You will be contacted prior to this happening.
Note: Don’t worry, we’ll send you a few reminders before that happens. If you don’t log in for over a year, your account will be charged a monthly fee.
You may withdraw your cash balance at any time, subject to the minimum withdrawals. However, you will need to meet wagering requirements before withdrawing any bonus or winnings associated with it.
Our aim is to process and pay your withdrawal as quickly as possible. We will also adhere to the requirements of the Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering and will take into account any pre withdrawal restrictions that may apply in doing so.
Your withdrawal will be paid back via the means with which you have deposited, where relevant, and as far as possible. You will be paid via the payment method of your choice in the event that we cannot process your withdrawal in this manner. Depending on the payment option and withdrawal rules/requirements, withdrawals may reflect as a single payment or in increments.
Please note: to ensure that you are the rightful recipient of the funds, we may need to take additional security measures. Copies of identification documents may be required before payment can be made in these instances. To prevent fraud and protect your money and may result in a slight delay, these measures are in place. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
After the pending withdrawal period has elapsed, your withdrawal will only be sent to our processing department. The pending withdrawal period may vary at weekends, of up to 72 hours.
Your account may be restricted if You have not been fully verified within a suitable timeframe.
On the basis of the information provided on registration, Betway reserves the right to run credit checks on all cardholders with third-party credit agencies.
When payments are processed, Betway incurs fees. We apply a minimum withdrawal amount of 10 EUR/USD/CAD (or currency equivalent) to cover our fees. Wherever possible, all withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used to make a deposit on the account.
Please contact Customer Support if You have any questions about Your withdrawal or associated fees. Payment charges may be incurred.
Note: You can check your balance, and the status of any bonuses, in the My Account section when you are logged in. The minimum withdrawal is 10 EUR.
It is strictly prohibited to transfer funds between individual accounts.
Participation on credit is illegal at Betway.
Any deposits made into Your account are not due any interest payments on the deposit(s) whatsoever since Betway is not a financial institution.

You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on any winnings or prizes that You collect from Betway.

From time to time, we may offer promotions, bonuses, and/or competitions that are governed by separate conditions and terms. Any special gifts or bonuses credited to Your account must be used in accordance with such conditions and terms.
The promotion- or competition-specific terms and conditions shall prevail In the event and to the extent of a conflict between these Terms and the promotion- or competition-specific terms and conditions.
You will have to meet the wagering requirement of the offer before withdrawing your bonus balance if You accept a Promotion Offer that includes a wagering requirement.
You can withdraw your deposited cash at any time. You may do so by contacting Customer Support should You wish to withdraw Your cash balance prior to completing wagering requirements. Should You wish to withdraw Your deposited funds before the Promotional Offer terms are met, please note You will be required to forfeit your bonus balance. Please carefully review the conditions and terms of any Promotional Offers You accept.
If you are granted a bonus without having to deposit, unless specifically stated otherwise in the applicable terms of a promotion, Betway may limit the amount that you can withdraw in relation to that bonus (being both the bonus and the winnings associated with it) to $/€50. This limit applies to all Free Tickets, Free Casino Spins, Free Bonuses, and Free Bets granted without requiring a deposit.
Except where an account is closed due to violation, customers will obtain the full value of any free sports bets which have been credited and placed.
